ONLY COMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED. PLEASE SUBMIT A SINGLE PDF WITH THE FOLLOWING:

A copy of your most recent student transcript that identifies your GPA.
A typed essay (maximum 500 words) on the following: Tell me about experiences that influenced your decision to pursue an environmental career and how these experiences will help you in your choice of a specific career.
At least two letters of reference (one from a teacher and one from a community member or employer).

By checking the above box, I agree that portions or all of my Application may be shared with the CSH2O Scholarship Committee, Board Members and Donors. I also agree that, if I am selected for a Scholarship, then:
(i) CSH2O may share my name and particulars concerning my past and present education and other activities (including my likeness/photo) in media presentations and other materials concerning CSH2O and its Scholarship Program,
(ii) I will assist (as my schedule allows) in efforts by CSH2O to promote its Scholarship Program (e.g., by making a short You Tube video or other presentation, by speaking to potential donors or Scholarship participants, etc.),
(iii) I authorize any school or program receiving payment from my Scholarship to discuss my tuition, tuition payments, student aid and grade history with CSH2O (including to disclose any student identifier numbers necessary to allow my Scholarship payment to be processed), and
(iv) I authorize CSH2O to respond to inquiries from my parents/guardians concerning my Scholarship.
