As a participant in this outdoor environmental education, I acknowledge that there are certain risks that come with this activity; and by signing this waiver, I waive any claims of liability against CoreShark H2O and hold the organization harmless from and against any such injury, illness or damage, including, without limitation, claims for such injury or illness.
The participant does hereby acknowledge that by participating in this activity of outdoor environmental education there is risk of personal injury or illness and the participant does hereby waive, relinquish, discharge and forever release any and all claims, actions, and causes of action against CoreShark H2O (including its volunteers, directors, officers, employees and agents) and their successors and assigns to the fullest extent permitted by law, which in any manner may arise from loss, damage, illness, or injury, direct or indirect; as a participant in this activity.
